The Collective

Pixillion is the creative collective of filmmakers, photographers and art directors run by Creative Director Remco Merbis. We're united by a passion for conveying powerful, authentic brand stories.

We've been around since 1999 and went from animation and games to website design and mobile content, ultimately ending up at visual content production for the digital world. Remco went solo as a filmmaker and photographer at the start of 2017. He collaborates with other visual storytellers through Pixillion.

We're visual storytellers. We produce, direct and edit films and photography projects of our own and for brands and organisations. We love to work with brave clients with even braver briefs. For brands to leap out from this busy world we live in requires bold creative decisions, and of course, brilliant ideas. That’s where we come in; taking brands to a different level and creating worlds where only great things happen.

Here at Pixillion, there are no big egos or crazy makers. We’re just a down-to-earth, friendly bunch of experienced creatives who care about producing great work.

The developing and producing of The Collector Vermouth is a slow process, but one that we feel incredibly proud of. We wanted a way to show the complexities of each step, while capturing the beauty of the land that we work on.
